02 Check-in and Check-out Times

If you require a different time, please contact us in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

03 Quiet Hours

For the comfort and enjoyment of both guests and neighbours, we would ask that noise levels be kept to a minimum during this period.

04 WiFi

Internet access is provided so that you can enjoy your stay. We ask that you use it responsibly, safely and in accordance with the laws in force.

• No eating in the rooms
• Put your mobile phone on silent mode
• Do not bring in visitors who are not staying at the hotel
• Keep the utensils you use clean and tidy

• Please sort your waste into the bins provided in the dining area
• Take shorter showers
• Whenever possible, please use the towel provided

06 Waste Disposal

Please ensure you sort your waste correctly into the bins provided in the accommodation’s dining area: paper, plastic, glass and unsorted waste. The owner is responsible for the collection and final disposal of the waste.

07 Household appliances

The accommodation offers the following facilities for guests’ use:

• Microwave — the instructions for use are displayed next to the equipment
• Refrigerator — available for storing food during your stay

08 Accommodation Certificate (SEF/AIMA)

All short-stay accommodation in Portugal is required to report the presence and identity of all guests to the Foreigners and Borders Service (SEF/AIMA).

At check-in, you will be asked to present a valid form of identification (national identity card, passport or equivalent document) for mandatory registration.
